Lymphatic drainage is a manual technique used to stimulate the flow of lymph (a clear fluid that circulates through the body via the lymphatic system to relieve swelling and improve health. Among its many functions, lymph helps isolate disease-causing pathogens and returns captured fats, cellular debris and protein back into the bloodstream.

Because the lymphatic system plays a central role in the body's immune system, proponents of lymphatic drainage suggest that this form of therapeutic massage can help treat a variety of health conditions including easing autoimmune disease's. Studies have shown that MLD is also speeds up recovery time after surgical procedures and minimizes scaring. Of course, it is always, advised to speak to your physicians regarding this treatment after surgery.

This is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that works by bringing the organs within the abdominal area back into alignment, releasing pressure and strengthening the surrounding muscles and ligaments. This therapy is comprised of  long fluid strokes and light to medium pressure to the whole body with a concentration on the abdominal area to promote circulation to the abdomen and increase blood flow to improves organ function by releasing physical and emotional congestion from the abdomen while incorporating vibrational  frequencies to aide in healing for a more profound overall outcome,

The ancient Solfeggio frequency is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated and can be altered using specific frequencies. By placing the tuners on acupressure points of the body to aid in your own body's healing process.
